Kaiserschmarrn Recipe
Ingredients
- provided backing mix (300g flour, 20g vanilla-sugar, 70g sugar)
- 600ml milk
- 5 eggs
- 150g butter
- 70g sugar
Steps
- Mix the milk, yolk and the provided flour mix to a smooth dough.
- Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the dough.
- Heat butter and put all dough in the pan.
- Cook until light brown, split in 4 parts and turn the dough over. Bake the other side also light brown.
- Tear into small pieces, add butter in the pan, sprinkle the sugar and caramelise.
