Kaiserschmarrn Recipe

Ingredients

  • provided backing mix (300g flour, 20g vanilla-sugar, 70g sugar)
  • 600ml milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 150g butter
  • 70g sugar

Steps

  • Mix the milk, yolk and the provided flour mix to a smooth dough.
  • Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the dough.
  • Heat butter and put all dough in the pan.
  • Cook until light brown, split in 4 parts and turn the dough over. Bake the other side also light brown.
  • Tear into small pieces, add butter in the pan, sprinkle the sugar and caramelise.
